MANAGEMENT OF $12 MILLION TRANSPORTATION ACCOUNT RETURNS HOME TO WEST MICHIGAN

SPARTA, Mich., October 31, 2005 — Old Orchard Brands announced today that it is bringing the management of its $12 million annual transportation budget home to West Michigan. Total Logistic Control (TLC), located in Zeeland, has been awarded the multi-year contract to manage all of the transportation and logistic needs of the Sparta, Mich.-based producer of fruit juices and fruit juice cocktails.  Prior to the new agreement with TLC, all of Old Orchard Brands’ transportation and logistics functions were managed by an out of state firm.

Mark Saur, founder of Old Orchard Brands, said he selected TLC to manage his company’s transportation business, currently at 200 truck loads per week, to reduce transportation costs and increase future supply chain flexibility.  “One of the deciding factors was TLC’s state-of-the-industry web-based information system,” Saur said.  “It provides Old Orchard visibility over the transportation of its juice products throughout the nation.”

TLC President and CEO Bob Koerner said he and his staff will be working closely with Old Orchard Brands so that the fruit juice company can expand its presence in the highly competitive retail, grocery and food sector.
