Margarita Ice Cream Pie
 
 

Serves 8–10

Prep time: approx. 10 minutes
Cook time: approx. 4 hours
Ready in approx. 4.5 hours

1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 10 ounce can of frozen Old Orchard Margarita Mixer (frozen Old Orchard Limeade Juice Concentrate can be substituted.)
2 tsp. grated orange zest
2 or 3 drops green food coloring

1) In a large mixing bowl, combine ice cream, margarita mix, orange peel, and green food coloring until blended.
2) Pour into piecrust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
3) Let the pie stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
