Grilled Swordfish with Tropical Fruit Salsa

Serves 4

4 - 8 oz. portions of grilled swordfish
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2/3 can Old Orchard Apple Passion Mango Frozen Juice Concentrate for basting swordfish while grilling
2 cups medium diced pineapple
1/2 cup medium diced mango
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 of a small jalapeño fine diced
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/3 can Old Orchard Apple Passion Mango Frozen Juice Concentrate reconstituted with water

Combine last 9 ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Rub both sides of swordfish with the 4 tablespoon of oil. Place swordfish steaks on preheated grill for about 4 minutes per side depending on thickness. Baste swordfish with concentrated Old Orchard Apple Passion Mango Juice while grilling.

Serve swordfish steaks with a generous portion of the tropical fruit salsa on top.
